Alta Badia in the South Tyrolean Dolomites is serving up a gourmet feast this winter at 11 of its mountain refuges in the ski area.
Running throughout the season is A Taste for Skiing, a showcase of typical tasty South Tyrol produce. Gourmet dishes, created by the Dolomitici and European Michelin-starred chefs, will be on the menu at 11 mountain restaurants in the area. It’s a great opportunity to experience some delicious food at a reasonable price.
While A Taste for Skiing runs throughout the season, the seventh edition of the Chef’s Cup brings together food, events and skiing in the region in a week-long celebration of gastronomic events on and off the mountains. Don’t miss the courses in Ladin cookery and the Wine Ski Safari, a day of skiing devoted to South Tyrol wines.
