A special 'Ladies' Week' is being held in Austria's Ski Amadé region this season, offering female skiers a chance to enjoy the slopes in an all-girl environment with a range of benefits.

A range of hotels in the region will offer a free six-day lift pass with each booking of a seven-night holiday between 26th March and 2nd April 2011. Other freebies include a ski test and a day's ski guiding.

The week will also include a programme of events with live acts, fashion shows, and what the organisers describe as, 'traditional chalet fun, après-ski parties and much more.'

The Ski Amadé region is huge – one of the world's biggest lift pass systems – encompassing Salzburger Sportwelt, Schladming-Dachstein, Gastein, Hochkönig and Großarltal.
