The man began hitting the 14-year old girl after she swerved to avoid another skier and bumped into his four-year old son. Ski instructors had to pull the father off the girl who was later treated for minor injuries at Beaver Creek resort, Colorado. The son of the man was not hurt.
The man has apologised but the teenage girl's family intend to sue him.
