Rudechalets are running a girls-only snowboarding week from 9-16 January 2011 in Morzine-Avoriaz, France, for ladies with a passion for snowboarding

The macho snowboard scene which often exists on the slopes and in the parks and pipes can be intimidating for girl snowboarders. Rudechalets' 'Rudegirls Snowboard Week' encourages girls to take up the sport and gives those who already love it the opportunity and confidence to improve without the guys around.

New for 2011 is a day's mountain hosting with a Burton-sponsored girlie rider, an après-ski ice skating soirèe and an exciting Ariel 7-sponsored Garmin challenge, in addition to the tried and tested rudegirls formula. The week also includes yoga sessions, night sledging, a movie night and an end-of-week party.

The price for the week is £699pp, which includes airport transfers, en suite accommodation, half board with unlimited wine, six-day Avoriaz lift pass, Burton Snowboard rental, tuition with ex-world Champion Angel, board maintenance workshop, ice skating, yoga, and a rudegirls goodie bag.
