As more snow is predicted across England over the weekend, strap your skis on and head to one of Britain's biggest volunteer-run ski clubs that boasts seven pisted runs over a kilometer in length.

Swinhope Moor in Weardale, Durham Dales, has two button lifts, a piste basher, off-piste skiing and boarding and a gully full of jumps and ledges to be taken advantage of as England expects more snowfall over the next few days.

Head to the Black Bull in Frosterley for 'après-ski' and book a room at the four-star Newlands Hall for £30 per night for a true ski holiday feel.

Non-members can enjoy the slopes at Swinhope Moor for £20 a day during the week.
