Anon’s brilliant M2 uses eight small magnets to hold the lens in place, and when you want to change it you simply lift the lens out and slot the new one in with a satisfying ‘snap’. The fit is secure and failing a massive wipeout you’d be hard pushed to get the lens to fall out.

Despite the ‘health warning’ if you use a pacemaker or other electronic health device, it’s one of the best ways to change a goggle lens we’ve come across. Add to that the M2’s low-profile frame, 40% thinner face foam for a close fit and great peripheral vision, as well as its highly technical, super-clear lenses, plus a sturdy carry case, spare lens and goggle pouch and the M2 are superb, if pricey, goggles.
