GNU offer some of the most incredible and sometimes overlooked snowboards around. The Smart Pickle was at the board test this year and boy, was I impressed!

I have ridden quite a few Lib Tech snowboards before, but I was lucky enough to jump on the GNU Smart Pickle that actually uses the asymmetric shaping.

This shaping makes heel and toe edge turns much easier and is something I will be looking for on my next snowboard. This all-mountain freestyle board absolutely kills it in the park and was really fun and forgiving.

Any level of rider would enjoy this board. With a nice mid flex and great edge hold, the Smart Pickle comes fully loaded as a strong and versatile all-mountain weapon.

It also held its own in powder, although I wouldn't call this a powder board primarily. Still, loads of fun and great to ride in the PBTX version.
