The Salomon Gypsy certainly feels like providing a good luck charm for whoever rides this all mountain freestyle board. It really has something for everyone as it is perfect for beginners wanting to get into freestyle and super playful for the more advance rider as it feels light underfoot.

The Gypsy is true twin, hybrid camber board and the rocker on the nose makes it easy to jib, pop and gives stability in the air. The traditional camber allows it to hold an edge and carry speed.

Although it's a freestyle board at heart, the Gypsy is a kindred spirit that needs to roam and works well as an aggressive all mountain tool. With a medium flex, it's very responsive and effortless to ride. On piste, the board is best rode aggressively and feels safe and comfortable even at high speed. It doesn't seem to handle uneven terrain so well though, and only scores averagely for powder snow turns.

Overall, the Salomon Gypsy is a great value freestyle all-mountain board that is equally at home on groomers as it is doing park laps. Not only that, it looks great with eye-catching board graphics. No wonder the Gypsy has been a firm favourite and such a big hit with the snowboard community.
