It’s not as playful as the 3.0 but perhaps that’s also because I’m pretty light (around 75KG), but our testers enjoyed the versatility of this ski in all conditions.
The 122mm waist puts it into a true big mountain category and as you’d expect, they feel right at home on the most extreme powder snow slopes with the added lightness that makes tricks and jumps that much easier to perform.
Back on the groomed stuff, it feels surprisingly agile too, providing you’re travelling at high speeds and making long, wide turns.
It might be light in weight, but it’s not light on intention – this is a serious ski for experienced freeriders and freestyle skiers who like to combine the two elements.
