Essentially this is a freeride ski that can adapt to groomed snow conditions and adapt it does. Our testers generally agreed that it felt more at home off-piste than on, but it still performs well on harder packed snow with the tip rocker making turn initiation relatively easy.
At high speeds, things can get a little shaky and although the wood core construction feels very solid and strong, it prefers slower speeds on hard pack. Edge hold is good though, and they respond with a light, quick action that makes short turns fun and lively. hey would make a good all-round ski for a seasonaire or an advanced skier who enjoys the powder but wants to make some turns on-piste too.
