Scott have focused on backcountry and freeride skis for some while now but the introduction of specialist touring skis hasn't taken away the performance element in any way.

Yes, they are very lightweight, so for climbing, they won't feel like a burden - but the descent should also be an enjoyable experience and even if you're not touring, you'd be happy to ride around on these all day anyway.

A lot of thought has gone into the design and the look of the ski, whilst under the bonnet, no compromises have been made in terms of build quality - with a carbon/Kevlar woodcore and sandwich sidewall construction.

On groomed slopes, they turn really smoothly and feel versatile enough to enjoy skiing any part of the mountain in all conditions. Sure, at higher speeds they get a little shaky, but we're being picky now.

Whether you're looking to do short or longer tours, but still want high performance on and off-piste, this ski would make a great addition to the quiver.
