The easy transfer is ideal, for starters. And because the Aosta Valley is great value for money, taking your whole family there won’t cost the earth. In particular, La Thuile is ideal for kids, with plenty of easy slopes, dedicated children’s areas, and free childcare on offer. Cervinia has great nursery slopes too; and Champoluc and Courmayeur have dedicated kids’ runs. Ski lessons with Englishspeaking instructors are widely available, and in general, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.
