Since its launch in 2014, the Sick Day 95 has become synonymous with classic all mountain freeriding and ski touring and has been copied by many - yet, they still feel as fresh as the day they appeared on the scene and should be a serious contender for anyone looking for a great one ski does it all tool for heading away from the pistes.

Saying that, if conditions really aren't up to mountain exploration and cruising around on groomed runs is the only option, then you won't need to take out your race machines to have a great day - the edge hold, response and stability at higher speeds performed far better than we expected for a ski of 95mm under foot.

Of course, as you'd expect, they feel most at home in the softer stuff and although they are not a full-on big mountain charger, they can handle some serious action, especially at the longer length of 186cm - stick some touring bindings on them and you'll have a go-anywhere, ski anything fun machine that certainly does justify its name, whatever your thoughts are about that.

The lightweight construction, with a slender tip and pronounced sidecut, includes a Maplewood macro block core - they feel strong, despite the lack of heaviness. Other models in the range include a 102 and 110 version, but the 95 still offers that ultimate versatility.

A classic ski that still impresses all over the mountain.
