Sandown Ski Centre

All the slopes at Sandown have an artificial surface. The surface is nylon filament fixed to a metal base in a diamond formation forming a brush effect. There are 4 Nursery slopes with a button lift system. The nursery slopes range from 10 - 80 metres long. A main slope with its own button lift system, which is 120 metres long with a left hand bend. From Absolute Beginner to Race Standard in skiing. Private Lessons, Courses, Learn to ski days and Open Practice we have something to suit everyone here at Sandown Ski Centre. If snowboarding is your preference, they provide Private Lessons or Courses. For the experienced boarder Open Practice gives you the ideal opportunity to practice prior to going on snow.
