Is the Ride OMG worth a 'happy face' emoji? The Snow Magazine test team checked it out variable spring conditions at Kaunertal, Austria. Read the review to find out what they thought.

One of our my favourites this season! The Ride OMG is that ultimate board for girls to really push their freestyle skills to a new level, while all the while having an awesome time on the rest of the mountain.

This asymmetrical twin hybrid camber style board gives you that extra control and balance for all elements thrown at you; Camber in the middle for all the 'snap' you need with rocker tip and tail to keep you in control on any rocky terrain, whether that's carving in some choppy conditions or landing on something less than ideal after a kicker. It really does forgive all sins!

The best part of this board for me is the stability you feel on the pistes at speed, and then when you least expect it it pops off a roller and just lets you fly through with compete ease, and lands you solidly.

We tested the OMG in less than ideal conditions and felt it held it's own in the choppy, hard-crusted, sun-kissed powder, as well as the less than perfect groomers. We are not saying it is a mountain slayer, but not bad at all for a freestyle board.

In the park is where this little lap fiend is happiest. Extra buttery for presses on boxes and rails and a dream on the kickers.

Whatever you think about the performance of this board, the graphics alone will make you want to buy it! Designed by Swedish abstract artist Sara Andreasson. Insert emoji 'happy face, wink' here!
