The Head Nexo Lyt 100 is back again for 2022, still in a suitably matt black colour scheme, and still very much targeting the intermediate looking for low weight, improved tech and - of course - better performance. Head tick off both technology and lightness by applying Graphene powder to the plastic injection mix, which adds rigidity and allows the brand to lower weight by reducing thickness - as well as improving overall robustness. Insulation is courtesy of Primaloft, which is no bad thing at all, especially in the breathability department.
Fit wise, the new shoe volume of 100 mm last strikes a balance between comfort and precision, and a medium width that'll suit most. Easy to put on, the four-buckle closure locks the heel in nicely, as well as presenting a sleek profile due to the low profile buckle system.
The variable flex setting that can be tweaked between 100 and 90 offers real-world adjustability and means you can grow in confidence along with the boot, giving extra usability and value.
