The Potion 98 is essentially an all-terrain ski, with a wood core, rocker tip and tail and a straight tail aimed at ski tourers.

Our reviewer found it performed adequately on piste, being responsive and strong in long turns and reassuringly grippy in short turns.

It was also easy to manoeuvre in crud and rucked up terrain, and surprisingly floaty in the powder, despite feeling quite heavy.
