The Wayback from K2 is a good entry level touring ski - they perform well, if not spectacularly off-piste and surprisingly good on groomed slopes, so would suit a skier looking for something versatile.

They feel stable to ride in deeper, softer snow but lack a bit of zing in the turns. Still, this is often a good thing for skiers who want a mellow ride after their two hour hike.
