Swiss ski manufacturer Movement focuses on the growing freeski market - the Sundance is an all-mountain ski that serves both the front and backside of the mountain.

They are targeted at an advanced level skier who can handle most of the terrain they're faced with, but wants to start exploring more of the mountain.

'I found them quite hard work in shorter turns but once you commit to a longer carved turn the ski really grips,' said one of our test team members and went onto to say, 'they're lightweight which helps manoeuvrability off-piste and the width gives them float.'

Overall we found them happiest at speed both on groomed slopes and in the chopped up powder they were tested in - this suggest they would suit a slightly more aggressive female skier looking to improve their technique.

On the downside, we felt they were lacking a spark, especially in the shorter radius turns.
