soell it s what winters are made for

2. It’s great for kids

How does free lift passes for children sound? Well, that’s what you get during Family Ski Weeks in December and from 10 March – 8 April. At these times kids ski for free when accompanied by mum or dad. And as parents you benefit from the cheaper low season prices. For example, a week’s skiing holiday for a family of four including 6 days lift passes costs from as little as €799 – in a family apartment! In resort, the Snow playground, in the Kinderkaiserland in Scheffau or the Hexenkinderland in Söll will help children take their first steps on skis playfully and easily with lots of fun and adventure.

3. It’s got the largest night skiing area in Austria

As dusk falls, an armada of piste bashers sets forth to prepare the slopes of Hochsöll for the night skiing on 10 km of floodlit pistes down to the valley with the Hochsöll, Hexen6er und Salvenmoos lifts from Wednesday to Saturday. The longest night slope in Austria offers fun on the slope until late in the evening.

4. You get great deals and a great party

Get super savings on a ski holiday. There are discounts of up to 25% on accommodation, lift pass and ski school, for four nights or more, during Superski Weeks from 8-22 December and from 10 March to 8 April. And during Kaiser Weeks from 6 to 27 January, there is plenty of space, bags of entertainment and some of the best snow of the winter. Plus, you can even test the latest gear.

5. Much more than just skiing!

You prefer non-skiing activities? You’ll be spoilt for choice here. Try tobogganing, cross-country skiing, winter hiking, snowshoeing and husky dog-sledding. Go for a wild snowtube ride. Take a horse-drawn carriage ride. Or be a highflyer and enjoy paragliding!
