Breckenridge sees some halfpipe and slopestyle action this month, with 18 year old Rowan Cheshire hoping to secure a second win of the season in freestyle ski halfpipe, after topping the podium in Calgary last Friday. The Breckenridge event runs from January 8 to 12.

Slopestyle skiers and boarders will then head to Gstaad, Switzerland, for their last chance of points, on a nail-biting deadline weekend.

Team GB moguls and aerials ski teams will be competing in the World Cup series in Deer Valley, Utah before the last leg of the moguls and aerials global tour in Lake Placid, 15-18 Jan.

There is only one ski cross World Cup event left, which will be in in Bischofswiesen-Germany.

Once the final Team GB squad is announced, there will be one last freestyle ski World Cup event, Kreischberg in Austria, before the team packs up their bags for Sochi.
