The Head Rev 80 Pro entered the top five in the all-mountain category on our 2013 on snow ski test in Kuhtai, Austria. Great for skiing the whole mountain, especially on-piste but will handle powder well too.

There’s no doubt that the Head Rev range of skis provides a good all round experience for anyone looking for a ‘do it all’ ski.

The Rev 80 Pro model sites nicely in the middle and is aimed at advanced to expert skiers who spend most of the time on-piste with occasional skirmishes into deeper snow terrain.  With consistent 4 out of 5 scores for long radius turns, short radius turns, high speed and edge hold as well as the same score for snow versatility, this ski is a serious contender for one of the best all round skis on the market.

They are surprisingly easy to initiate into a turn and then manage to hold a fantastic edge right though the ‘carve’, with a smooth transition into the next turn.

Lively and responsive, would suit everyone from high-level recreational skiers to instructors.
