skills slope birmingham ski and board showSummer may be over, but it’s time to dust off your skis – and what better way to get some inspiration for the up-coming season that at the British Ski + Board Show? The interactive show is returning to the Birmingham NEC this year from 26 October to 28 October.

The indoor Skills Slope gives you the chance to perfect your parallel turn, or simply take to the snow for the first time if you’re a newcomer to the sport. Kids can also enjoy tubing and play in real snow at the Snowdome.

In their only 2012 UK performance, the Big Air Freestyle Show, sponsored by Monarch airline, will be performing tricks, stunts and jumps to impress even experienced skiers. The Animal Bike Tour will also be demonstrating their skills and thrills as part of the summer mountain zone.

Plus there will be all the latest technical equipment as well as fashions from the biggest brands in winter sports, offering expert advice on the latest clothing, equipment and gadgets. There will also be expert Q&As and special guests in the Talk Theatre.
