Where have the royals and celebs been enjoying the snow this New Year?
It’s been a bumper holiday season in many winter resorts as record snowfalls have landed on the slopes, and the conditions have drawn not just us regular holidaymakers out but a fair share of celebrities too.Helping to cement the Swiss resort of Verbier’s reputation as a party hotspot, Prince Harry was in town for New Year, celebrating at his pal Guy Pelly’s new nightclub Public with James Blunt and a group of friends. Also in the club were the Prince’s cousins Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, who were looking fresh faced out on the slopes on New Year’s Day.

Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding had a not-so-happy new year when she and her boyfriend were reported as having a fight on New Year’s Eve at their hotel in Innsbruck, Austria. Boris Johnson was also in trouble, this time from the press as he was accused of not bothering to put in an appearance in London for the NYE fireworks and instead enjoying a luxury ski holiday in Italy.
Having more fun was singer Seal and his wife Heidi Klum in Aspen, USA. Seal kept his Twitter followers up to date with his holiday antics, including the picture above of him making a topless snow angel after losing a bet with his wife.
Adding to Aspen’s celeb counter was Mariah Carey, her husband and their young twins, all dressed in matching white outfits. Also spotted in the star-studded town were Kate Hudson, her mother Goldie Hawn, Melanie Griffith, Jack Nicholson and the Hilton sisters Paris and Nicky.
