During our on snow ski test we found the FX95 to have reliable and confidence inducing performance on piste, off-piste and in crud, which is pretty much what you're looking for in an 'all mountain' ski.

It didn't amaze us with its performance, but there were no nasty surprises either; the large sweet spot allows you to work the ski easily and predictably, and edge hold was precise and controlled.

That said it doesn't have the stiffness of the slightly more expensive FX 95 HP, which has a metal insert, and some skiers may prefer this as it allows you to smack through crud more easily and provides extra power in the turns.

What this slightly softer model does provide though, is a more accessible ski for good intermediates and above who want that mellower ride - you'll also find in the moguls and on bumpy terrain, they are forgiving and don't throw you out of the turn like a stiffer ski might.

We weren't overly excited by the graphics, but that clearly doesn't affect the skis performance.

In short then, if you don't mind the cost and want a very reliable all-round performer the Kastle FX 95 may do it for you; if you want something with a little more stiffness check out the FX 95 HP as an alternative option.
