Delivery will be charged at the rate specified for the product you are purchasing.

Delivery of your magazines is free to anywhere in the UK, including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, and the Isle of Man. We class the Channel Islands as overseas.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer postage to addresses overseas.

When will my magazine be delivered?

We aim to dispatch items next working day. All items are posted 1st class Royal Mail, estimated arrival of your item under normal circumstances is 3-4 days from time of order.

Can I change my delivery address?

You will need to quote either the subscriber number printed on your magazine or your name and full postal address.

My item hasn’t arrived or is damaged...

The fastest way to resolve this is to contact us at Snow Magazine.

What about my free gift?

If a free gift was a part of your subscription, this will be sent to you by the us, the publisher of the magazine, which usually happens within a maximum of 6 weeks.

How do I unsubscribe from any marketing emails?

Contact us if you want to unsubscribe from our marketing communications. All our marketing emails also contain an unsubscribe link that will remove you from our lists.


5. Our responsibility to you

We shall not be responsible for any failure by us to perform our obligations to you in relation to your order where this failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
