The Scott Adventure is a perfectly decent freeride ski, but it didn't over enthuse us on test unfortunately.

Straight '4's across the board for the Adventure are not a bad thing at all - they denote a freeride ski that does everything well - but somehow it didn't fill us with the excitement we enjoyed with some of its rivals.

We also found the looks and 'rack appeal' of the Adventure rather lacking - this again is not a big deal for some skiers who will quite rightly favour performance over looks.

This predictability of ride means you know that the Adventure won't throw any surprises at you, and that will be enough to appeal to some; but if you want something more exciting in terms of both ride and looks you'll need to head elsewhere.
