A hybrid wood core laminate inside a PU wrap gives both power and lightness as well as a satisfying pop at the end of the turn, making it playful and fun to carve on the piste.
The 16m radius is perfect for both long and short turns, and rocker at the tip helps with turn initiation on the piste, as well as floatation in powder. Despite a wider waist than the 78, the 82cm of this model is still perhaps a little too narrow in deep powder, especially for a heavier skier, but it does make it easier to roll on to an edge on harder snow.
Dynastar have found a good marriage of the power and grip of an on-piste ski, with the subtlety and feeling of a powder ski. We would recommend these to confident piste focused all mountain skiers who don't mind a bit of speed.
