A hard-charging, stomping, serious all-mountain toy for hard charging, stomping, serious skiers. The Fischer Motive 95 is a new model in the Motive range and certainly stamps its mark on the all-mountain category - it does everything well as we found on test.

Fischer have produced some fantastic skis for the 2014-15 winter ski season and the Motive range is truly a marker for quality all mountain performance models.

The 95 brings a wider waist to the collection, making it more inclined towards liking the soft stuff - but should you wish to ski the groomed stuff all day, this won't let you down.

Suited more for advanced and expert skiers, the Motive 95 feels powerful, both on and off-piste. It's lively and fun to turn, yet stable and solid at high speeds.

Testers' comments included, 'a true all-round ski', and 'handled really well in the chopped up snow'.

This ski would suit an instructor who wants to teach at all levels and then afterwards blast around the whole mountain at a high velocity.

It's not the cheapest ski on the market, but still provides excellent value for money.
