Overall Score
The whole package - the case, the product, the brand, the ambassadors, the logo, the design, the technology.... Breathe new life into your eyewear choice and get some Dragons in your life!
The higher than average price tag may provide a barrier to entry for the brand's youth following.

The X2S is a medium fit version of Dragon's top of the range X2 snow goggle as worn by the legendary Bryan Iguchi.

Everything about these goggles screams quality. From the premium semi-rigid case to the triple foam with hypoallergenic micro fleece lining, from the super strong anti fog lens coating to the armoured venting system, Dragon X2S snow goggles make an immediate impression for all the right reasons.

Born in a garage in California in 1993, Dragon's mission has always been to provide the active youth lifestyle market with innovative, high quality eyewear. In 2011 they developed the first-ever frameless snow goggle, revolutionizing the snow market and breaking trail for the rest of the market to follow when it comes to style and design.

This pioneering approach is evident throughout the X2S which not only features Dragon's now-infamous patented frameless technology but a host of other top quality innovations including Swiftlock Lens Technology which allows riders to switch between lenses quickly, easily and safely. When your bluebird day suddenly turn into a low viz challenge-fest, simply flip up the small locking levers integrated into the side of the frame of the goggles, replace the lens and lock again. Simple as that.

What impressed us most about the X2S goggles was the new Lumalens technology. Described by Dragon as a colour-optimised lens technology, Lumalens is designed to offer high definition clarity no matter whether you're riding in glorious sunshine or crappy clag. By increasing contrast, enhancing depth perception and colour recognition, and reducing squint inducing eye fatigue, Lumalens will increase your ability to keep riding in challenging conditions - as long as your quads can keep up!

At £184.95, the Dragon X2S may be on the more costly side but quality and class inevitably come with a hefty price tag. If you want the best, you'll have to invest.
